So far I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It seems like a powerful and compact machine that works well for work, browsing, streaming, and some gaming. I’ll keep using it, but my first impressions are definitely positive.

Great packaging and super easy setup right out of the box. I love the wide range of ports—it makes connecting multiple devices effortless. It handles 4K streaming smoothly and runs cool even during work.

Compact and space-saving, it’s a perfect replacement for a bulky desktop. Performance is fast and responsive, with no noticeable lag for light gaming or file transfers. Ideal for both work and entertainment, whether on a desk or connected to a TV via HDMI.

Great mini PC that's incredibly easy to set up—just power it on and you're ready to go. It boots up quickly and handles large photo files and video editing with ease. Even with multiple programs running simultaneously, performance remains smooth and responsive. It's cool, quiet, reliable, and offers excellent value for the price. This little powerhouse has truly impressed me, and I highly recommend it.

I’m not a computer guru but with this one I don’t have to be. Very easy to set up and works well for my small home office needs!! Great deal on this one. I used a 24in Roku TV as my monitor and it works great together. I even have a cannon printer set up to it and performs scans and prints from the computer. I’m overall impressed.

Pretty easy to setup and has a good number of ports. It is a little slow to get going if it is in sleep mode but once it gets going it is plenty fast for the basic stuff we use it for. I think it has plenty of storage for the home user and all my old windows 10 stuff was compatible. It took me about 4 hours to get it started and everything transferred over. The Wi-Fi has been great and we are glad we upgraded to this small pc for a lot less then the bigger models. Our old windows 10 dell was having issues with speed and the Wi-Fi connection after Oct 2025. This mini pc has been working great since we started it up last month. So far we are happy with our purchase and use it almost everyday for our small business and home use.

I've been using this mini PC for a couple of months and overall it's been a great experience. I did run into a black screen issue once, but customer support responded quickly and provided clear instructions that fixed the problem right away.

I now have four Acemagic mini PCs across my home and office. I picked up the Matrix M5 Mini PC as a compact desktop for work and everyday use, and it’s been even better than I expected.

I was looking for something small that could replace a traditional desktop tower without sacrificing performance, and this little machine has handled everything I’ve needed with ease.

Getting started was simple. I plugged in my keyboard, mouse, and two monitors, turned it on, and was up and running in just a few minutes. Windows booted up quickly, and the whole system felt fast and responsive right from the start.

I use this mini PC for automation testing on Windows applications, including Playwright workflows and GitHub runner jobs. Performance has been smooth and reliable for both office tasks and automation workloads.
It easily powers two monitors — one for the app and the other for logs — and handles multitasking without issues. Another big plus is how quiet it is; the fans are barely noticeable during lightweight tasks, and power consumption stays low.

This is an impressive computer, and good value. It runs Windows and MicroSoft software well. It uses the fast Intel i9 processor chip. It arrives with a HDMI lead, which works with either of my TV sets (it would look sharper if connected to a computer monitor). It has plenty of disk space and memory. You need to plug in a mouse and keyboard, via USB sockets. There's a headphone socket. The WiFi is good.

Owned it for about a month and really enjoying it. It has plenty of ports—even works with my old speakers—which is a big plus. I’m still learning all the features, but it’s been impressive so far and offers great value for the price.

I mainly use it for games, email, and browsing (like recipes) on Windows 11, and it handles everything well. The only downside is a slightly slow startup, but overall the quality is excellent and I’m very happy with it.
